1. Sponsor
The ATP Cartier Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Auction Timepieces, Inc d/b/a Auction Timepieces (“ATP” or “Sponsor”), 24324 Walnut St, Suite B, Newhall, CA 91321.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor (including content creators paid to promote this Sweepstakes), and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 3, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
There are four ways to earn entries. None requires a bid, purchase or payment except winning an auction, and the free mail-in entry earns the same number of entries as winning an auction.
- Account entry (free). Create a free account at auctiontimepieces.com, verify your phone number and click “Enter the Sweepstakes” on your account page during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry. No payment information is required. At signup, entrants give their state of residence and confirm they meet the age requirement in Section 2. Limit one account and one account entry per person and per email address. Existing account holders receive one (1) entry by signing in during the Entry Period and clicking “Enter the Sweepstakes” on their account page.
- Referral entries (free). Each entrant receives a unique referral link or code and earns one (1) additional entry for each successful referral. A referral is successful when an eligible person who does not already have an ATP account creates a new account through that link or code and verifies their phone number during the Entry Period. There is no limit on referral entries. Neither person has to bid, buy or pay anything.
- Win an auction. Win an auction on auctiontimepieces.com that closes during the Entry Period and pay for it in full by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 3, 2026 to receive one hundred (100) entries for each auction won. Auctions that are not paid in full, are cancelled, or are reversed by a chargeback earn no entries.
- Mail-in entry (free). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth and “ATP Cartier Sweepstakes” on a 4” x 6” postcard and mail it, with enough postage, to: ATP Cartier Sweepstakes, 24324 Walnut St, Suite B, Newhall, CA 91321. Each postcard receives one hundred (100) entries, the same as winning an auction. Limit [one (1)] postcard per person. Postcards must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 3, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or late postcards are void.
All entries, however earned, have equal weight in the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or postage-due mail. Entries made through duplicate or fictitious accounts, shill bidding, or any automated or fraudulent method are void.
5. Prize
One (1) prize: a Cartier Santos-Dumont Large watch, stainless steel with black lacquer bezel, black dial and black leather strap (ref. WSSA0046 [confirm against papers]). Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,999. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,999. The prize is awarded as is, with no cash or other substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Limit one prize per person and per household.
6. Winner selection and odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held and the winner announced on December 4, 2026, by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and phone within [3] business days of the drawing and must respond within [5] days. The potential winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS Form W-9 and, where lawful, a publicity release within [7] days. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot accept the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize delivery
Sponsor will ship the prize, insured, to the winner’s verified address in an eligible state within [30] days of verification. Identity verification may be required before shipment. Risk of loss passes to the winner on delivery.
9. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Bidding on ATP remains subject to ATP’s terms of use. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or the auctions, breaks these Official Rules, or acts in a fraudulent way. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it, subject to applicable law, and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.
10. Release and limitation of liability
Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, and for lost, late, misdirected or corrupted entries or technical malfunctions.
11. Disputes

12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY URL]. Entrants may receive marketing emails from ATP and can unsubscribe at any time. Text-message (SMS) marketing is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds.
13. Platform disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from all liability.
14. Brand disclaimer
Cartier is a trademark of its owner, which is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes or Auction Timepieces.
